STEP 2: Escalation of Complaints – First Level

If you are not satisfied with the response from the Customer Care team, you may contact the Grievance Redressal Officer. The Grievance Redressal Officer will address your concerns at the earliest.

STEP 4: Escalation to RBI

If your complaint is not resolved within one month, or if you are dissatisfied with the response provided, you can escalate the matter to the Ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.
